Name: Adetokunbo C. Daramola

Adetokunbo graduated from the University of Lagos with a B.Sc. (Hons) Computer Engineering in 2011. His education has continued through trainings and professional certifications over his career. He is currently on track to complete an executive management course, M.Sc. Major Programme Management, from the reputable Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, England.

He is currently a Vice-President/Executive Director at Goldman Sachs, London, United Kingdom. While still a student at Unilag, he completed two consecutive internships at the time which prepared him for full time employment in his desired company and role after graduation. He joined Goldman Sachs as a Platform Engineer within the Technology Infrastructure group. He was a part of the foundational team that built the organisation’s first UK Consumer Banking franchise, Marcus by Goldman Sachs. Currently, he is working on the firm’s first Commercial Banking business – Goldman Sachs Transaction Banking.

His undergraduate education at Unilag was foundational to inspiring him to pursue a global career. His department and the Counselling Unit of the Student Affairs Division played major roles in facilitating his international internship opportunities. Besides his rigorous education as an engineering student, he values the opportunity he got to mix with minds who aspired to do great things.
