In a remarkable testament to perseverance and mutual support, Olawale and Blessing Olulaja recently graduated together from the University of Lagos, overcoming numerous challenges along the way.

Olawale initially enrolled in the Business Administration program at UNILAG’s Distance Learning Institute but faced setbacks that delayed his graduation. Blessing began her Accounting studies in 2018, unaware of her husband’s incomplete coursework. Upon discovering this, she encouraged him to resume his studies, leading to their simultaneous graduation.

Their academic journey coincided with significant life events, including the birth of their three children. Blessing faced the challenge of attending classes and examinations shortly after childbirth, often bringing her infant along due to childcare constraints.
